MSP had to make all changes for us, check the logs for us, troubleshoot why mail wasn't delivered or why spam was. Our MSP provided a separate Barracuda CAAS. Our Barracuda Web filter appliance had no spam filter option. I'm surprised that Mimecast sales hasn't picked up on this trick. If it's too large and Exchange 'bounces' the message, there is still a copy at the user's Mimecast mailbox, so that's where we send them to collect their attachments. Given the age of our mail server, its hardware, and the available storage, we have (historically) had a 10MB file limit, but that doesn't stop our vendors/clients from sending us mongo-large files, which we 'trap' at the Mimecast level, and then I.T.
